Psychiatric Emergencies
Psychiatric Mobile Response Teams (PMRT) assess clients for potential harm to self or others. Individuals meeting criteria for a 72-hour hold will be hospitalized at an affiliated psychiatric hospital for observation and assessment. PMRTs may be an alternative or adjunct to calling 911 for less imminently lethal situations.
